Cancellation and rebooking or refund policy
Refund policy on all standard packages (1-3 night packages) – Cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival, only 50% refund will be applicable or full credit in the form of a raincheck to rebook at some other time.
Refund Policy on special events ( Craftbrew Festivals and Bike The Islands) – Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to arrival only 50% refund will be applicable or full credit raincheck to rebook at another time.
A minimum of 50% deposit (unless receiving a discounted rate) will be required to secure a confirmed reservation.
For a discounted rate, payment in full is required to secure a confirmed reservation. If you purchase through our reservation partner, Peek Pro, then you would pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
Types of Payment
We do not take a credit card but will take personal checks, checks from a checking service, bank checks, postal checks, online reservation (will take full payment), and cash of course.
Balances could be paid ahead of time by check or upon arrival in US dollars – checks or cash.
Email or Call ahead. We offer full, half day, and Season’s Passes. Check Tours & Events for all details. Unless you have purchased a Season’s Pass from us, all trail access using our operations is guided and with prior reservation. It is not recommended to just show up here without prior contact.
Our fees are based upon 4 main components: (1) Education and instruction, (2) Bike rental, repairs and maintenance, (3) Leading and guiding trail rides, and (4) Designing and maintaining miles of trails appropriately designed for different skill levels. We also have accomodations that are basic and provided for the convenience of those who wish to ride. We do not accept guests who are not here for the ride.
