Stay
The host is nearby to help, but you have the privacy of the entire lodge or yurt for you and your group.
Our main lodge is perfect for a large group or single and couples that enjoy meeting others. The lodge sleeps up to 12 folks and can either hold up to 4 couples and 4 singles at once. Depending on the group make-up two of our couples rooms could be converted to singles if need be.
The dining area can seat up to 8 but we have an outdoor screened porch that will hold up to 16 with round tables 5-6 per table and folding chairs.
Our Yurt is a large open space with high ceilings and plenty of light and skylight too. The Yurt can sleep up to 8, all singles or 1-4 couples.
Play
You’ve discovered a very special place. lots of history and wildlife to be discovered along the miles of trails right out your door.
We can provide maps and/or point you in the direction of your choice. We can even guide you for longer hikes if you prefer.
There’s Hikes to Mtn top overlooks that will not beat you up, short climbs.
Bogs to possibly see Moose, all types of water birds, and sometimes you’ll catch a Beaver playing around their lodges. This is all here no car travel needed
unless you might want to take a short cut. The history buff can discover old foundation sites and more then a few small ancient cemeteries to check out.
If you’re looking for water adventure we have a few kayaks and a canoe also available. Swimming in the famous white sand-bottom LongPond is also close. For the bike riders we have plenty of Mt bikes for use
on some great trails for both novice riders or experienced. We can get you set up-bikes helmets etc and send you on your own to visit our closest trails or offer light instruction and or guide you to the trails. We’ ll provide a map of the local trails and there are many, 30+ miles of hike/bike trails. All inclusive stays would include access to any of toys Mtn. bikes, kayaks or canoe, tire tube floats too. However individual use or day use can be on per item per person basis too.
